This is an interactive workshop designed to explore: alternative approaches in providing care to African-American consumers; who, when and how to respond to African-Americans seeking behavioral health care; and how to measure for success. Skillfully and promptly approaching this opportune moment will negate the criticism. To disagree is to self-evaluate the obvious.
