Multiethnic Advocates for Cultural Competence prides itself on being Ohio's Authority on Cultural Competence.  The history of MACC, Inc. is tied to concerns with disparities in mental health outcomes of racial and ethnic minorities in the state’s mental health system.

MACC has provided cultural competence training for thousands of agencies. Regardless of the industry, the goal is to increase cultural awareness, workplace productivity, and client services and outcomes.  In addition, services professionals can secure Continuing Education Credits (CEUs) to continue their license to provide healthcare services in the State of Ohio.
